1. Using KnaBecha
By creating an account or posting an ad you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform with a guardian’s permission.
2. Your ads
You are responsible for the accuracy of your ads. Ads must describe a real item or service you are entitled to sell, be posted in the correct category, and include genuine photos and prices.
3. Prohibited items
Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, adult content, wildlife products, and any item illegal under Bangladeshi law are not allowed. We may remove any ad without notice.
4. Moderation
New and edited ads may be reviewed before they are published. We may reject, pause or delete ads and suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Paid boosts
Boosts are activated only after our team verifies your manual payment. Boost fees are non-refundable once a boost is active, except where required by law or where we remove the ad in error.
6. Transactions between users
KnaBecha is a venue only. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and do not guarantee items, payments or delivery.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KnaBecha is not liable for losses arising from the use of the platform or from dealings between users.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
